no voIP is needed, sharing desktop is most important, underlining and pointing tools are advantage

I use gotomeeting www.gotomeeting.com mostly. Webex is my second because it gets through firewalls better. I have also used http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobatconnectpro/productinfo/features/but not very much.
