Healing | A Diet For Lupus - Healing The Natural Way

Studies have shown that decreased enzyme levels are found in health issues such as lupus, diabetes, allergies, skin disease, cancer, and arthritis. Lupus is an inflammatory disease that can be the result of a number of factors. One of the most common and important factors is stress on the body due to lifestyle. Since this is an area we have full control over it is something that we can use in our fight against disease, such as lupus. Your diet for lupus is the first line of defense.
Since healing lupus, I decided that I would see if my case wasn't the only 'fluke' and find others that have also healed. I wasn't alone.
