Natural Medicine | 8 Hair Loss Natural Treatment

In layman's terms, baldness is a condition of complete hair loss from the scalp. However, it may also mean hair loss from any part of the body. Many pharmaceutical, beauty products and natural remedies "promise" to improve hair health but nothing can be considered as panacea. Below there are some natural treatment (some have been used for centuries) that concern hair loss. Of course, treating hair loss may last long and therefore you should be patient and determined.

1. Get some dry pieces of Indian gooseberry and boil them in coconut oil. This solution makes for a beneficial hair tonic. Massage this everyday on your scalp to get improved results. Baldness treatment also consists of preventing further hair damage and hair loss. One of the natural methods to stop or reduce hair loss is taking a juice of a cup of lettuce and spinach daily. Also, mix coconut oil with lime juice and notice the reduction in your hair loss.

2. A widely used home remedy is with use of herb Aloe Vera. It is believed that by rubbing your head with leafs of Aloe Vera, you achieved balanced scalp's Ph, improved circulation to the area and stimulated hair follicles able to provide new healthy hair.

3. Ho Shou Wu or Fo Ti is a popular Chinese oral remedy for hair loss. According to Chinese medicine, hair loss happens due to a weak liver or kidneys. By restoring the balance in these organs, one can experience hair regrowth. A member of the buckwheat family, Ho Shou Wu in Chinese literally translates to a' head full of black hair', and is available in Chinese markets.

4. Protein is required by all human beings and it serves to the body in many ways. Protein is supplied by milk, buttermilk, yogurt, soyabean, eggs, cheese, meat and fish.
Normally 60 grams is required for women, between 80 to 90 grams for men and 80 to 100 grams of protein for adolescent boys and girls.

5. Healthy growth of hair may be achieved by applying mustard oil boiled with henna leaves. Coconut milk is also good enough for this purpose. Make a paste from pigeon pea or red gram and massage your head with it. Regular application would prevent hair loss and thus, baldness.

6. Another popular treatment with essential oils suggests before going to bed, to apply to head a blend composed of 4 essential oils and 1 vegetable oil: 2 drops of lavender oil, 2 drops of rosemary oil, 2 drops of thyme oil and 2 of cedarwood oil based in 50 ml of jojoba vegetable oil. After applying, massage your scalp for half an hour or more, in order the blend to have the time to take action and then give it a rinse. If you are not experienced with aromatherapy blends, you can benefit from essential oils by just adding 4 drops of bay oil to your normal shampoo.

7. A well balanced diet should be taken when a person tends to lose hair, i.e. an adequate quantity of vegetable seeds, nuts green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits, egg and milk should taken on and along with the regular diets.

8. Before bathing, prepare a paste of hot olive oil, honey and cinnamon (1 teaspoon) powder. Apply this paste and let it sit for 15 minutes. Treat bald patches with paste made from the seeds of lemon and black pepper. It known that people who take Castor oil regularly, have healthy hair and experience less hair loss.
